Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You are eligible for a one time return/exchange option within these 30 days.
- Sale Items are still applicable for Exchange/Return.
- You will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item(s).
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, odorless, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you are responsible to pay for all return shipping cost which are non-refundable. We don't have any restocking fees. Any sort of smell or odor in the product will make it a damaged good and the product will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please note that products without original tags and products which are damaged will not be accepted. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refund Options
buyers will be reimbursed in the same method of payment used to pay for the item.

Money Back (Same method used to pay, whether Paypal or Debit/Credit Card payment)
Exclusion to the Policy
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
